Exercise rehabilitation is an essential component of a complete treatment plan.

At in balance, everyone from infants to seniors receives a safe and specific corrective exercise program tailored to their needs.

Exercises can include muscle stretching and strengthening, proprioceptive training and sport-specific movement training for return to play.

After an injury, your muscles and nervous system do not respond to movement as quickly or as accurately as they should. The resulting imbalance of weak and tight muscles often leads to joint dysfunction and eventually pain.

Affected muscles need retraining to ensure they have the strength to support the joints and decrease stress on the ligaments. By reducing muscle tension, the mechanical pull or stress on the joints is also reduced.
